This policy explains how NetworkOG collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when people interact with our Facebook Page and Messenger assistant, and when we provide related booking and support services run through n8n and connected tools.

• Identifiers and profile data. Page-scoped IDs, name, profile link, and any details you provide in chat such as email and phone.

• Message content and metadata. Text, attachments, timestamps, and delivery information sent to or from our Page.

• Booking and operational data. Requested property, date and time preferences, notes, confirmations, and event IDs from connected calendars.

• Technical data. IP address, device and browser information, and diagnostic logs from our hosting providers and automation platform.

• Derived data. Conversation summaries and intent classifications that help the assistant respond.

3. Sources

We obtain information directly from you in Messenger, from Meta Platforms as the message operator, and from service providers that help us run the workflow, storage, and scheduling functions.

4. Purposes of use

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information

• Create, manage, and confirm bookings and follow ups

• Improve service quality, security, and reliability

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where required by law, we rely on one or more of the following:

• Performance of a contract or steps requested by you

• Legitimate interests such as customer service, security, and fraud prevention

• Consent where we ask for it

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers and processors who support messaging, automation, storage, analytics, and email. These include Meta Platforms (Messenger), our n8n host, Google services such as Sheets and Calendar, and our web host.

• Business partners when needed to complete a booking you asked for.

• Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  All processors handle data under contractual safeguards and only on our instructions.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. We use contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses where required.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Conversation logs and derived data are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer necessary. Records may be kept longer where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to receive a portable copy. To exercise a right, contact us at the email above. We may ask for verification.

California (CPRA). You can request to know, delete, or correct personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests.

10. Cookies and tracking

Our website pages may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and security. You can control cookies in your browser. If we add non-essential cookies, we will display a consent banner where required.

13. Data deletion requests

To request deletion, email owengossen@hotmail.com with the subject “Messenger Data Deletion” and include your Facebook profile link or Page-scoped ID, plus the relevant date range. You can also message our Page with “DELETE MY DATA.” We will confirm and delete eligible records unless retention is required by law.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
