We obtain information directly from you in Messenger, from Meta Platforms as the message operator, and from service providers that help us run the workflow, storage, and scheduling functions.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Conversation logs and derived data are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer necessary. Records may be kept longer where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

To request deletion, email owengossen@hotmail.com with the subject “Messenger Data Deletion” and include your Facebook profile link or Page-scoped ID, plus the relevant date range. You can also message our Page with “DELETE MY DATA.” We will confirm and delete eligible records unless retention is required by law.
