1. Agreement to terms

By messaging our Facebook Page, using our Messenger assistant, or booking through our links, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

The assistant answers questions, gathers contact details, and helps schedule property showings or similar appointments through connected tools. Some responses are automated and may rely on third-party data.

3. Eligibility and conduct

You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing activity.

4. Your information

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and lawful to share. You consent to receiving messages necessary to provide the services, including confirmations and follow ups.

5. Bookings and changes

Requested times are not final until you receive a confirmation. We may reschedule or cancel for operational or safety reasons. If the booking involves third-party providers, their terms may also apply.

6. No professional advice and no guarantees

The assistant may make mistakes or present outdated information. Content is provided for general informational purposes. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind unless required by law.

7. Third-party services

The service integrates with platforms operated by others, including Meta Platforms and Google services. We are not responsible for those services. Your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in our content, software, and branding remain with NetworkOG or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.

9. Feedback

If you send comments or suggestions, you grant NetworkOG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe there is a risk to users, systems, or third parties, or if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetworkOG and its owners, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or revenues, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of 100 CAD or the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NetworkOG and its owners and contractors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Courts located in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where another forum is required by law.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date shows the latest version. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner. Continued use means you accept the changes.
